Refund policy

Šargi Official is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers in Switzerland and Europe. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
