1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive)
Customers located in the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
Šargi Official extends this period voluntarily to 30 days for both EU and Swiss customers.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including tags, accessories, or protective materials.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, washing, or alterations may not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., underwear, swimwear). If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
Include the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for the return procedure.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- It will undergo a quality inspection.
- You will be notified whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary.
- Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
